November 17, 2012: Time to head home… we prepaid our hospital expenses with cash, so we figured we’d stay about as long as possible. :) Got to see some more friends today! 60 hours after Annelise was born, we packed up and went home! Pretty smooth transition back home, the girls were excited that she was there! Our ‘vacation’ is over, back to reality. Oh, by the way, our hospital room was one of 4 (out of 70) that had a full-sized bed as a perk of natural labor/delivery. So we got to share a bed instead of Jen in a hospital bed and me on the couch! How neat.
