July 4, 2012: Happy Fourth of July! Started the day off with a 21 mile bike ride with Dad and some others for Exercise Rushville. After that we packed up and headed to Springfield to Jen’s family. We played in the pool for most of the day and then had a FEAST for supper. Slow-cooked ribs and pulled pork were on the smoker all day, and they were delicious! Em loved playing with “Bee Bee”, Aunt Bethany. We did a little sunset fishing and Em enjoyed being loved on by her 4 great-grandparents all night. No fireworks for us due to the dry grass and fire hazard, but a great day from start to finish.
