August 12, 2013: Indiana State Fair! I continue to be impressed by all facets of Indiana compared to IL, and the Fair was no exception.  Clean, family-friendly, great food, and a truly enjoyable morning with the family. Highlight of Emelyn’s day was getting to meet Daniel Tiger, which was why we had planned on going.  She also got crowned by Miss Indiana. Annelise was all smiles today, so glad she’s turning the corner on her fussiness and reflux!

Small group tonight, lots of Kan Jam (undefeated) and a delicious burger bar with corn on the cob.  Toppings included: spinach, sauteed onions, tomatoes, bacon, fried egg, guacamole, white queso, marshmellow fluff, peanut butter, and the usual ketchup + mustard.  We made some pretty incredible creations!
