February 17, 2013: Sydney! Started my day at The Rocks, taking in views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. After shopping the markets and having a quick lunch (Kangaroo Sliders!) it was time… to climb the bridge.

We got strapped in and enjoyed a 2.5 hour walk up, through, and over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The weather could not have been more perfect! I was supposed to do the climb at twilight, but when I arrived I learned that the Chinese New Year Parade was going right down George St.  I rescheduled my climb so I could see both!

The parade was pretty neat. TONS of people there, all trying to get their photo (last pic). I’m just as guilty as the rest of them I guess! Haha!
