December 3, 2013: We’re really, really enjoying the food on the boat. Jen was nervous about getting sick, etc. etc. but it’s been delicious and the free room service is a nice touch!

For today.. JOE KNOWS! Oh man, what a day.  We took a ‘Joe Knows St Lucia’ tour and it did not disappoint.  Amazing tour of St. Lucia. (The unlimited rum punch helped as we continued our ‘can’t do this with kids’ experience. Haha!)

Speedboat to Soufriere, past the Pitons, up to a mud bath, over to a waterfall to rinse off, then to a beachside caribbean lunch buffet.  Next stop, snorkeling and then back to the boat.  It was such a ridiculous day. Really enjoying waking up in a new country each morning!
