February 9, 2013: What an awesome day! So fun to have some time with Jen and A. I feel like I haven’t gotten much time with A even though she’s almost 3 months old! Really bonded with her this weekend.

We spent the AM shopping, and killlllllled it at the mall.   Ended up getting $900 of clothes for…. $185. 80% off retail for the day? Not bad.

Spent some time in our amazing hotel room for the afternoon. We got upgraded to a corner suite, which consisted of 2 bathrooms, bedroom + seating area, and a separate living area with couch/loveseat/desk/huge TV.  So relaxing to just let the afternoon sun shine in and hang out with the family!  And speaking of upgrade perks, we got free breakfast at the Capital Grille, where I had a peppered filet mignon hash (pictured). One of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever had.

For the evening, we went shopping on Mass Ave and then finished the night at BRU Burger Bar. Will be sad to leave the hotel tomorrow!
