February 21, 2013: [Tiger Edition] We arrived in Chiang Mai at 10am and went straight to TIGER KINGDOM!  Where else in the world can you spend half a day in cages with tigers… for $60?  Incredible.

We did the big package, which allowed us to go in with the babies, small, medium and large tigers, and then back to the small tigers one more time.  My first thought was that they would certainly have to be drugged or something, but they didn’t seem to be.  They were active, playful, and one definitely lunged at Jim’s face! Yikes! 

Such an incredible experience.
