August 7, 2014: Adventures in Gardening.

August 6, 2014: Indiana State Fair! We went to Indiana Pork Day with our favorite Indiana pork farmers, the Cadwells! Always a pleasure to be with our dear friends. The fun continued into the night with the Michaels coming over for dinner! We set up the sprinkler and the water table and let the kids go nuts. 

August 5, 2014: We cashed in our free arcade credits and hit the road today! The girls blew off some energy at our picnic rest stop and then we were home by dinner. Made great time coming back.  Jen was super pleased to see all of her garden progress while we were gone!  Tomatoes are really coming in right now.

August 4, 2014: Last day in Lake Geneva.  Waterpark in the AM, then I worked in the afternoon at the conference.  We had one last meal at Sprecher’s, where I went full german… beer, pretzels and schnitzel. Back home tomorrow! 

August 3, 2014: These girls can’t get enough of the water slides!  They go alllllll day on them. Stopped back by the stables tonight before heading in town for dinner. One more day! 

August 2, 2014: All day at the waterpark, all evening in town. We went to the toy store, had a delicious dinner, walked the beach area for a bit, stopped back by the stables to hang out with the horses at sunset… and capped off the night with milk/cookies/storytime with Bruce the Moose.
