April 7, 2014: What a little helper we have! She folded all of the towels for Mommy :)

April 6, 2014: Last day at goeglein's.  Bummer.  Jen dreaded this moment from the time we left the house!  Always hard to say goodbye but we're excited for our next adventures together!  After church and lunch we got the kids down for nap and had lots of great time together outside. Lil’ G wasn’t feeling well so I got lots of cuddles with him. So A decided that Justin needed some cuddles too.  Cute.

On the way home I was excited to find a Dickey’s BBQ! Cool yellow cups and free ice cream, who can say no to that? Pulled pork and the fixins, and then back on the road. Poor A just wouldn’t give in to falling asleep, but also would cry if I weren’t holding her hand.  So I spent most of the last leg with 1 hand on the wheel.  

April 5, 2014: This AM we headed to the Hands-On Museum, which all of the kids loved! During nap Justin and I got out in the yard and raked up leaves, totalling about 200 lbs! Whoa.  It was a beautiful day outside, something they haven’t experienced much of lately. After some time at the park, we got the kids to bed and had our adult meal… DIY sushi!  What a blast.  We can’t wait to try this again at home sometime! 

April 4, 2014: Pure Michigan! Drove up to Ann Arbor for some much needed quality time with goeglein this weekend. We surprised Jordi with some Ivanhoes for her birthday, which was delicious as always.  G and Em were best friends from the start and spent most of the night together. After the kiddos went to bed it was Wits and Wagers for the adults. Jen won.  I felt like it was necessary to record that :)

April 3, 2014: I forgot about April Showers.  Flooded the creek pretty good today!  Our sump pump was going nonstop for hours.

April 2, 2014: Lunchtime snuggles are the best.

April 1, 2014: Oh, hey April.  Hey Spring. Good to see you again.
