May 22, 2011: Our favorite day on Oahu! We hopped in the Jeep and drove to the north shore, then back around the east side into Honolulu. On the way we stopped at Pearl Harbor. We later went to Aoki’s Shaved Ice, an Oahu must. We also went to the Dole Pineapple Plant. I had Pineapple ice cream. Yum!

May 18, 2011: The true picture of the day came from my morning dive, but I don’t have the CD yet. We spent the rest of the day on the beach and then went to Kihea, HI for dinner and sunset tonight. We’re all pretty tired!

May 9, 2011: Our bathroom remodel is DONE! Click for before/after pictures. The goal was to re-do it all (flooring, pant, sink, baseboards, decorations) under $500, and we made it. We went with a travel theme, using all decorations from countries we’ve been to. My favorite is the “money frame”, which includes bills and coins from all the countries we’ve been to. Total exchange rate on it = $121.05. :)
